One of them he said was ideal in one way in that it had a really large bedroom and sitting room but he said the view was absolutely awful as there was a sewer works behind the flat which was not very salubrious at all. The other property though also had its drawbacks in that the bedroom and the sitting room was very small. However, after talking to me about it, he decided to take the smaller flat with the better view. I had urged him to do this as I really believed that location was incredibly important and that if he did not take that into consideration, he would potentially be very unhappy.
